« The Defendants admit that the plaintiffs are persons of good character and reputation. The Defendants acknowledge that the plaintiffs have never been involved in arms trafficking. The Defendants furthermore withdraw all the allegations made against the plaintiffs in relation to the meeting between the plaintiff No.1 and the said Ms Austin and in respect of the Gorah Issac affair, and admit that they were never aggressive toward Ms. K. Austin and they were wrong to publish that the plaintiffs had any Mafia connection. The Defendants admit that the plaintiffs have suffered prejudice and they express their unreserved apologies.
